Hi, for some reason on my windows 11 it says in virus settings that real-time protection is off and i cannot turn it on as it says "Your using another

I was trying to protect my computer from viruses and I cannot use the windows feature "real-time protection" and it says I'm using another program but I never have and I and concerned that I have a virus so please if you know how I can turn this on that would be very helpful and appreciated
