Hey so, I use a HP Laptop with a Bang & Olufsen keyboard and a number key doesn't work. (Specifically, 3)

Now, I've dropped this laptop about 3 times, it stopped working after the 2nd drop, but everything else was fine. Except for the 3 key on the top of the keyboard. I use the number pad on the side for 3 now and it works, but I can't use a hashtag or use the 3 key on top of the keyboard at all. I've fixed it before but I lost the help site. All I remember is that it was on a chrome support? I remember having to open up the windows run window and having to download something that fixed my problems. Anyways, it seems to have spread to my f3 button (also the brighten screen button) and I fear that
