Hey so ever since my windows 24h2 update my pc is consitantly freezing after a few min. I tried everything, I cant roll back.

Hey ever since the windows 24h2 update my pc is freezing after a couple min. I tried everything and I cant roll back. This only happens when I play games. I cant click or push anything it just freezes. I need to then unplug my pc and restart it again. Please help
