Title pretty much explains everything. My .mp4 videos shot in HEVC/H265 in HDR10+ used to show thumbnails, but I noticed a few days ago that they stopped showing them. I've deleted the thumbnail cache to try to regenerate the thumbnails, but it didn't work. I've downloaded the HEVC extension in an attempt to solve the problem for $1, HEVC Video Extensions - Download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store, but that did nothing either. I've changed the file type that .mp4's open with, from using VLC, Movies & TV, the Photos App, Media Player, Clipchamp, but still nothing. I've restarted the c
