My Microsoft account was hacked, hackers changed email address, made purchase, cannot sign in to see activity and cannot recover account Please help! I've attempted recovery using the recovery tool many times with no success. I cannot fill in the emailadress I signed up with since the hacker changed the emailadress. My mother has me on her family safety and can be proof that it is my account. What do we do now since the recovery tool is not working with my original email.
