Help?

I keep having technical issues.But this one is different. Basically, I don't know what this is to do with, but my laptop keeps saying it couldn't sign me in? And, I don't understand as to why. It keeps suggestive I sign out to fix the problem, which I have, multiple times in fact. However, that resolved nothing. I am also getting the 1001 error code after I try signing into my Microsoft account, but then it abruptly works? Do I have to sign out of my schools computers to solve this issue?
