Help with USB drivers on a factory reset Laptop

Good afternoon all!Long story short: Factory reset Windows 7 Laptop USBs aren't working. Drivers up to date, enabled under 'F2' menu on startup, and are outputting power to a mouse- but they don't work.Full story:I have an old ASUS laptop from 2012, model F75VD, that I recently factory reset to use for odds and ends. However drivers for "Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller" and "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" were corrupted/lost/flat-out gone.
