Help With Registry Editor

I have removed, uninstalled, and recycled an HP ENVY 5530 printer and replaced it with an HP ENVY Inspire. Now every time I boot the pc, I get a pop-up telling me that the Registry cannot find a .dll related to the now-uninstalled printer. I suspect it is the result of a bad uninstall of the old printer. I am wary of dealing with the Registry, but I have used Search, and it finds numerous entries for the Envy 5530. My instinct tells me to delete each one of these. Can anyone advise?
