HELP WITH OUTLOOK!!!

Hi everyone, due to everything thats going on regarding coronavirus. My organisation and I are trying to get everyone signed into their work emails on their personal laptops. We are struggling to get one particular employee logged into her own laptop as we do not know what her password is. We have tried using the password reset however it says that her email isn't recognised, What can we do?
