Help with earbuds

Months ago I told my laptop to forget my JLAB earbuds on this device. Now I want to use them. When I add a device, it does not find my buds. How do I get my laptop to un-forget my buds or to recognize them again? Headphones or earbuds are not listed under devices list.Thanks!Steve
