Help with Driver Verifier Violation with Minidump

Hi all,For some time now my PC has often crashed, sometimes with a critical process died or unexpected store exception error, I have tried both reinstalling the operating system and updating all the drivers. I was trying with driver verifier and it seems there is a violation somewhere but when I go to open the minidump file and analyze it it says "unable to read driver name at 0000000" and I can't proceed.
