Help with corrupted drivers

I've encountered a wall when repairing corrupted drivers on my PC, preventing me from updating to Windows 11 or connecting any new device. I've tried running sfc scans, dism repairs, and various other online suggestions with no luck. I believe something is wrong with my drivers since I tried the command:reg load HKLM\DRIVERS c:\windows\system32\config\driverswhich returned the error stating that the configuration registry database is corrupt.Attempting to download any updates returns the statusownload error - 0x800703f1
