Help With BitLocker Unlock

I was trying to jailbreak an IOS Device (Its stuck on Activation Lock) and I made a little mistake in the BIOS and deleted all Secure Boot settings, It was all good until I booted back into windows. It was asking me for my BitLocker key. So I went onto another device and used the url that they gave me and it said it could be on my microsoft account. The problem: I was using a local account.
