HELP WINDOWS UPDATE BROKE MY PC!

Hello , windows did an update when i booted up my PC , it was stuck on 0% for hours . When i came back the PC was turned off . Now it won't turn on at all ! I know it's not a power issue since i see a light that says the power cable is connected . I have exams in a few days and would really appreciate if there is a solution for this ? It's like my PC has turned into a brick ....
