Help windows boot with error B1Initializelibrary failed 0xc0000001

My problem started a few weeks ago when booting up my pc was interrupted and stopped by the error code B1initializelibrary failed 0xc0000001I was previously able to fix it, by setting my date and time back to normal in the bios settings, and that fixed it for a couple of days, until it happened again.I then fixed it by switching my boot sequence to my main drive with windows installed being first in order, while also setting the date and time back to normal, and that also fixed it.Then two nights ago, I received the error and I just slept it off to deal with it in the morning, and when I went
