Help updated to windows 11 and can't open photo app or clipchamp Spinning endlessly

[Windows 11]

I've been using both the Photo app and Clipchamp without issues. Suddenly, both apps will not stop spinning if I attempt to edit. I have done all thing suggested, including uninstalling and reinstalling but the issue persists. I can access photo legacy without issues. Can anyone assist me (just went to windows 11 and could be the issue. It is the only thing I've changed) Please help.
