Help unlocking a SSD, BitLocker key missing

Hi all,I have a Dell laptop I bought in 2017 which I am having issues with and does not show up on the list of devices on my Microsoft account. How can I find it so the I can get the key for BitLocker and unlock the SSD?II am trying to savage my data from the SSD.Thanks
