I need a step by step process to help me figure this out. I don't know how to navigate Windows well at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling things but I don't know if I messed it up even more so far. I also have no clue how to access or find the 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi' I am also unable to download the 2022 version This has come up when trying to play games like Chained Together and Marvel Rivals
