Help setting up windows 11

Hi I am trying to set up a new windows 11 PC for my business. I'm trying to add my Microsoft account so I can proceed with the setup of windows but it is telling me that my Microsoft account does not exist. The error reads "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one" I have a 365 account with the outlook email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Why will windows 11 not accept this and how do I get around it so I can proceed with the installation/setup of my new windows PC?
