Help Resolving PC Crashes/Restarts When TV is Powered On

I recently connected my PC (which has been running without issue for over a year) to my TV via HDMI and I am now noticing that it will crash and restart when the TV is powered on*. I have looked at the minidump files and see that there are commonalities, but I cannot determine what exactly is causing the crashes and restarts. *Steps to reproduce (works ~75% of the time): PC is on and TV is on Power off TV Wait for 5+ minutes Turn on TV Switch to PC input PC output is visible on TV for about 2 seconds PC reboots (no BSOD) Can someone please take a look at the dump files and offer guidance? D
