Help required. Windows 10 desktop freezes randomly when having multiple windows open and interacting with them

As the title says, my entire interface will freeze for ~5 seconds at a time randomly, usually happens when I've already got a window open and switch to another one or open another application. I've already uploaded the system logs evtx file here system logs 26MARCH2025.evtxIt's a one year old desktop, one that I built myself. Up until a month ago it ran perfectly with no issues at all.
