Help reading BSOD crash file - Radeon RX580 Gaming Issue

Hi,

I am getting BSOD when using RX580. clean install of windows, latest AMD drivers as of Jan 3rd 2021.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz, 4001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Gigabyte BaseBoard Product Z97-D3H-CF

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. F9, 9/18/2015

Windows 10 pro, 16GB Corsair Ram



It happens mostly when gaming, but sometimes on start up.



I have installed all Gigabyte apps, updated latest drivers. Seems the bios is the correct one. I have done memory tests, cpu tests all came back good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
