Help please, I can't get my pc to boot after moving my OS to my secondary hard drive to free up my ssd for games

I copied my OS to my bigger secondary drive so I could free up my small ssd for the games I play to help make them maybe a Iittle bit faster and now my pc wont boot. Not even when I take out the ssd and have the hard drive first in the boot order, I've tried everything I can think of with no luck and I wanna pull my hair out now because everything was working just fine before all this
