My Microsoft laptop has been updated to the latest Windows (update) version. The keyboard, however, isn't working. When I replaced it with my colleague's keyboard, my colleague's keyboard works with my Microsoft laptop. I also renewed a 3-year warranty, but do not know if it covers my keyboard. Who can I approach for help for hardware warranty? Can I get my keyboard replaced?
