HELP! My screen freezes and when I try to reboot the PC won't start again, IDK WHAT TO DO!!!!

Okay so, when I try to start any of my game the entire screen freezes and I can't do anything (even thou I can sometimes still hear the sound from either a video or music in the background), so I try to force reboot it by holding down the power button, waiting it to turn off and then start it again, BUT nothing happens and the screen stays black in sleep mode. The mouse and keyboard can sometimes also be slow turning on, the lights go on then off and then on again. AND when I try doing it over and over again I sometimes get on to a blue screen with an error message saying Windows 10 didn't sta
