help me please.

hello there, i have scanned my computer for threats but when i play games (like beamng, descenders, nfs, etc) i experience frame drops. from 70-80 fps to lower than 10. im afraid it might be a malware but it dosent seem to show up. what can i do??? please help ASAP!!!i have a lenovo g580 with 12 gb of RAM, windows 10 pro, ssd of 1tb, core i7 proccesor. i tyed instakking an anti virus but it dosent show up. is my computer slow?
