Windows 11 proVersion 22H2OS build-22621.2134no external softwaredont want to use explorer patcherdont want to use winget install startallbackregedit Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3doesn't work in 22H2.why cant i customize just the way i want to? Why the default options cant be customize in newer versions.? the preview options are much worse.

the taskbar is fixed at the bottom of the screen, and there are no built-in options to relocate it to the top, right, or left sides of the screen
