Help! I'm stuck on sign-in page, have no access to my computer

Turned on my computer, sign in page states, "Something happened and PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." I clicked, it asked for Password. Then it said it would send code to the phone number it has for me. But that is a landline, so I cannot get a code on it. It did not give me any other contact options. When I checked on a box saying I had no code, it provided an option to change my security setting, and I made the mistake of putting in an alternate email contact, thinking it would send the code there.
