Help . I turned off core isolation and restarted my laptop. it now leads to BSOD and it won't turn on now.

I turned off core isolation and restarted my laptop. it now leads to BSOD and it won't turn on now, no matter what I do I can't seem to get out of it. Please help. I just bought this laptop yesterday.It's hp victus 15 Ryzen 5 8645 hs.
