Help i have a raid controller i cant update

Hi, can anyone help please. i have several issues but i came across this in my device manager and cant update, nor do i know what it is. thought i uploaded image but doesnt appear?the driver is :RAID controllermanufacturer: Unknown Location: pci BUS 0, device14,function 0The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
