Help! I do not have a bitlocker key!!

My HP envy laptop updated and now I have a blue screen telling me that I need a "BitLocker Recovery Key" to unlock my laptop. I have no clue what that is, but I looked for it on my Microsoft account but it’s not there. It's not on my Microsoft account associated with my laptop (I got this message: "You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys uploaded to your Microsoft account"); it's not on a USB drive; it's not printed out. How am I going to get this Recovery Key to unlock my laptop? Please can I get support with this ASAP!
