HELP i did change the startup selection in msconfig to diagnostic on WINDOWS 11 and now i am not able to log in using PIN there the screen "Something

there the screen "Something happened and your pin isn't available right now " but when i press Set UP PIN nothing happens or some times it prompts me to download some app from MSstore and there is another system error "The system has detected an overrun of stack based buffers". i have tried loading through advance start up options but it doesn't show me the full options (attached screenshot). Also i tried to fix it through regedit by loading a HIVE in SSOFTWARE and changing value of passwordless to 0 still nothing and now i can't even unload that hive as i did not close it properly.
