Help for Bitlocker recovery key

I have a detachable HP-type Microsoft windows 10 laptop with x64-based processor and intel (R) core (TM) i5-4302 CPU @1.60GHz and installed memory of 8.00GB, and I have got the difficulity of Bitlocker recovery key because it prompt me like this''Bitlocker needs your recovery key to unlock your drive. After all, the trusted platform module is not accessible. Who can help me to fix this problem without formatting (losing) the data in my drives?
