help! charging stuck at 1%

Hello,My windows 11 laptop won't charge more than 1%. Turns off immediately after unplugged. I could not find battery or power trouble shooters in the settings. I tried uninstalling drivers and restarting but that won't work too.worth mentioning if it helps:today morning, it was stuck at 0%. I left laptop shut off, unplugged. I tried one last time to see if it charges before ruling out hardware issue but, it now shows 1%. I am not sure what to do. Please help.Thanks
