Help am in a major crisis

When i plug in USB drive, my computer detects it but doesn't show up in the file explorer. When i go to the disk manager it becomes online and again offline recursively. My other USB drive does show in the file explorer but can't open and just brings me the error message "the directory name is invalid" and the other message "please insert a disk in removable drive." Please help this is a crisis I did try diskpart command and cleaned my second drive in the above and it shows zere mb when list the disk
