hello windows 11 not working

I have a problem signing in with "Hello Windows" . I have an HP laptop linked to my Microsoft account. In the sign-in options, I have set up a PIN and fingerprint, but these options do not appear when I restart my laptop. I only get the option to "Sign in with password."How can I activate these options?
