Hello why I can 't keep my bluetooth to stop disappearing randomly

Helloi have fixed this problem a couple of times but this will be the last time ill have to fix it. if only i can remember how i did it. i remember having to use command prompts searching online. i had to do a device event viewing it had something to do with my killer e2600
