Hello! So, my tech friend 'pranked' me by setting the administrator accont to his own and my account to the most basic account one can have.

I'm not able to download anything, can't access certain sites, and he even managed to block the safe mode method. CMD is not allowed, can't open Powershell, but I found "Terminal". It works fine, but most commands are blocked. How do I gain Administrator back? I already tried the 'netplwiz' thing, but it's blocked. I knew he was tech-savvy with a lot of free time, but I never thought he would do this. 'net users administrator active:yes' says that it does something, but doesn't actually. Please help, as I need this account to do work.
