Hello so ive submited a report and they said wait atleast 3-5 business days and its been that length and they still havent responded.

Around Tuesday i talked with a Microsoft agent of my Microsoft account being hacked and he said I'm good to go and he said the professionals are investigating my case, it says it'll take approximately 3-5 business days and they still haven't responded after that period, when will they respond?
