Hello. recently (just today) my pc was working fine this morning but when i turned it on to play some minecraft, but my whole pc was laggy

yes i did have a app that turned into a virus before but im pretty sure i deleted it, i ran the windows virus scan a bunch of times, malwarebyte, yet its still extremely laggy. im not sure if it has anything to do with my task manager.but my task manager is stuffed with a bunch of service things.
