Hello PIN nightmare with Hello on Windows 11 24H2 on Personal Account

I have a personal account with my hotmail.com that I login/sign in to my PC running Windows 11 24H2 Pro. When I built the machine, I did so with a local Administrator account just for the machine. I use this to configure or sort things out. But I have my Hotmail account whgixch is not an administrator account. I do this for security purposes so that if someone tried to do something via my account, they can’t install apps etc. Ev
