Hello, is there anyway to fix this?

So basically, I messed with ONE regedit settings it mightve been the only one that couldve caused this. When i turned off my pc then back on again, my pc went straight to the recovery screen and it said something like error 0xc0000001. Mind you before I restarted that my pc worked perfectly fine. I treid going to advanced startup and even safe mode but a it shows it spinning dots with black screen. All I want is to reset my pc and use it again. So please tell me the solution to fix this
