Hello, I was wondering if there is a easy way to clone only windows and installed programs to a new nvme from a ssd

For context my new nvme is 500gb and the ssd i am trying to get windows form is 2tb. I was looking online and it says to clone the ssd the new nvme. But my nvme is smaller than my ssd. Is there a possible way to move windows over to my nvme without loosing any data and not having to reinstall any software? I just want to move the boot so i can use the speed a nvme offers. But i dont want to buy a 2tb nvme.
