Hello! I have Movie Maker- Video Editor Pro Version 3.7.17. Cannot publish or "save" my video to play on tv.

I have made a video and want to save video so that I can upload it to a usb and play on the tv. The Video encoding default options ar HD/MP4/30fps/Auto. When I try to save the video I get an error message "Error happened during video encoding. Unspecified error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005). What can I do to make this work? My computer is an ASUS with Windows 11. I never had this problem on my old PC/Windows 7. I do not have the ability to "burn a cd", just want to publish this family video. The other options I have are video format WMV but I don't know what that means. Thanks in adva
