Hello i have a problem with opening windows security.

Hello.I cannot open windows security. It falsly flags files, and nothing happens when i try open windows security.Ive tried everything internet tells me, from powershell commands to cmd commands. Ive tried resetting the app, but that wont work.Nothing actually works when it comes to windows security, except it falsly flagging files and deleting them. Ive updated to the latest version, cannot troubleshoot or anything cause windows security/defender wont open at all. I can open settings and go to privacy and security.
