Hello,I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Book 2 laptop. Running slow all of a sudden. h

It is only 1 year old. And while playing a simple youtube video it slowed down to a crawl. I tried eliminating unnecessary programs. Suspending security and VPN. I tried two different internet connections. I went online to geek squad they did two tune ups. They can find nothing wrong. I ran a windows 7 version backup. It took 15 hours. I don't have that much data. My windows version is 10.0.26100 build 26100 Windows version 11 home. Computer model is Samsung 730QED. It has Intel core I7 processor. And solid state drive. I am not running any complex or large programs. Please can you help?
