Hello i do the last windows update on my gaming laptop and since that my fps is between 20 and 70 on all games and he drops a lot

I have issues with games since i do the last update all games on my gaming laptop are on low fps like valorant i was playing between 200 and 300 fps and now after windows uptade i play with 50 70 fps cod warzone too i was playing with 70 120 fps and now she even can't open and all my games are very slow after windows update what should i do ?
