Hello, I am unable to install these two windows updates: KB5039211 and KB5039299 and get this error afterwards: 0x80070643.I am not sure what to do no

I found a solution on another discussion and followed it but after I entered reagentc/disable there was an error that said operation failed: 17 and an error has occurred. Now I am not sure what else to do. I am not able to go on any browsers as the pages crash and am unable to open almost anything because they won’t load.
