Hello. Fresh PC with Win 11. However the PC is working slow when applying to HDD and sometimes to SSD and even win Explorer.

The problem is detected usually after some pause during using PC or when applying to the HDD first time. The PC has 2 HDDs which were transferred from old PC with win 10, on which the mentioned issue had never been observed.
