I have a desktop with an RTX 3070ti and an R5 5600x CPU. I built my desktop years ago and have just upgraded it since. When I built it I installed Windows 10 and never had these problems. When I upgraded to Windows 11 I started having issues like these. I appreciate anyone taking the time to help me out.
